The living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte (monkfish stew), La Gardiane de Taureau (bullfighting), La Rouille Graulène (Graulene rouille) different from the rouille of Sète... Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards, with their vin des sable and Pic St Loup wines!
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (removable hob, microwave, fridge, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a square table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 140 cm sofa, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for 2 people.

Access: At your convenience, you can be welcomed on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the flat door. You can use the whole flat to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
