The flat: This comfortable studio cabin flat sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers). (Reversible air conditioning, fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet).
Located on the 2nd floor out of 3, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 3 (maximum 4) for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park your car at the foot of the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. Pets allowed on request for a €30 supplement.

Main room :
The living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at €20 for 2 people.

In the living room, flat-screen TV
Cabin: 2 bunk beds (90cm), square pillows (65x65cm), duvet for children and teenagers.

Bathroom: washbasin with drawer units and separate toilet.

Location : Ideally located on the Quai d'honneur in Port Camargue, near the North beach with its bay overlooking the Grande Motte, 600 m from the shops in the Camargue 2000 shopping centre, at the foot of the residence, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, bars and the lively North Beach Quarter opposite. This flat is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing on the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue is located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade on the Quai d'Honneur and the Quai Lapérouse, and follow the flight of the pink flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real must for those who love the view of the Marina!

Accommodation: If you prefer, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the flat door. You can use the whole flat to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.

Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
