The flat: Superbly decorated, with a lovely view of the terrace - Beach 50m away, type 2 and two cabins: with 1 bedroom for 2 people and 1 cabin for 2 children or young teenagers, and an alcove for 2 people (open sofa), well equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable, refurbished (equipped kitchen, shower room).

Located on the ground floor with no flat above, in a secure residence, it sleeps a maximum of 4 to 6 people, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence and in the street during your stay and explore the area on foot. Dog / Pets not allowed * *Pre-registered deposit not debited of 500 with registration fee 9.935 euros.

Living room :
The living room opens onto 2 large picture windows with a terrace, where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène, which is different from Rouille Sétoise... Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards with the wine of the Sables and the Pic St Loup!
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (3 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 6 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people for 1 bed.

Shower room: shower, washbasin with drawer units, separate toilet.

Location : Ideally located opposite the Boucanet beach, 50m from Access 9 and 800m from the shops and market around the town centre - Port Camargue marina 20 minutes' walk away with its ice-cream parlours and restaurants, chemist, delicatessen, bakery and mini-market. This flat is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :

the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's leading yachting harbour
Port-Camargue is located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage Nord and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real favourite for those who love peace and quiet in green spaces, in the heart of the shopping district and close to the beach.

Access: You'll be welcomed by appointment on arrival and departure! You'll have the whole property at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.

Transport : Le Grau du Roi train station is 2 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is ‘Montpellier Méditerranée’.
