Uninterrupted view to the rear of the residence, with a balcony where you can dine in the light of the magical sunsets over the Camargue region! On the 3rd and top floor (no lift) / free shared parking in a residence at the end of the street. Small box for bikes, pushchairs and small cars at the back of the residence.
The flat: This small type 2 cocoon: 1 bedroom for 2 people and a sofa, very comfortable, completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen, shower, separate toilet).
Located on the 3rd floor, without lift, of a residence, it sleeps 2 (maximum), for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence at the end of Rue Le Marlin (shared) for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. The living room opens onto large picture windows giving onto the balcony with a view of the rooftops at the rear of the residence (markets twice a week depending on the season, 10 minutes away). Enjoy meals with family and friends at the open-plan kitchen table. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène different from Rouille Sétoise... Take time to discover the surrounding vineyards and taste the wine of the sands, the Pic St Loup!
Kitchen: opens onto the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle).
Sleeping area: 1 sofa bed (1 or 2 x 80 (160) cm), 65x65 square pillows, duvet. Sheets and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for two people.

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the North Beach promenade and the Marina exit facing the bay of La Grande Motte, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue.
Access : You'll be welcomed on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You can use the entire property to enjoy your stay in Occitanie.
